Hourly Packs

Hourly packs give you a set number of assistance hours. Each request uses time from your pack based on the complexity of the task.

It depends on your usage. A simple restaurant booking typically takes a few minutes, while more complex requests may take longer. Start with a smaller pack and upgrade as needed.

An hour of assistance includes all the time your concierge spends researching, calling, booking, and confirming on your behalf.

Don't worry — your current request will be completed. You'll be notified when your hours are running low so you can top up.

Hours are valid for the duration of your billing period. Unused hours do not carry over to the next period.

No account is required. You can purchase a pack and start using the service right away.
